OBJECTIVE:

Department of Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA) was looking for a furniture integrator to provide a turnkey solution to remove and dispose of furniture at multiple locations.

They needed a vendor who could ensure the secure and efficient removal of sensitive documents and equipment, and the responsible disposal of property from the designated location.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Identify, securely remove, and box all identified sensitive and confidential documents using tamper-evident secure packaging methods. Label all boxes clearly and accurately with content type and destination.
Maintain clarity throughout through clear and accurate labeling and maintenance of chain-of-custody logs.
Transport all secure information using secure protocols with secure handoff and documentation.
Safe removal of all non-accountable property from the premises. Sort, transport, and recycle property in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and recycling best practices.

Local VA offices were seeking an office installation provider to offer repair and maintenance service for the interior design program.
